The shifters ball, that fits into the shift rod in the tunnel, has a nipple sticking out of it, enabling this shifter to be used on a 68 on bug application also.
This is an angled shifter rod (a straight rod shifter is shown here assembled), shifter knob w/ pattern, shifter base body, spring, reverse lock out plate and dust boot.
